Summit to focus on best practices in GRC
BOSTON, October 17, 2011 – GRC expert Patrick Wells from MEGA, noted leader in GRC solutions, will speak on “Uniting Process and GRC for Measurable Results” at the GSMI GRC Summit in Boston November 1-3.
Wells will speak to GRC executives and professionals about how organizations can measure, manage, and improve project performance, while identifying operational vulnerabilities. He will share how a comprehensive GRC approach that maps processes throughout the organization can provide many benefits. This approach can be used to associate controls with risk to test against compliance requirements, build sustainable performance, streamline operations, and protect business value, all while meeting industry mandates and regulatory requirements.
Wells will also lead a luncheon discussion on enterprise GRC. He is the GRC business development manager for MEGA, with expertise in risk and compliance management.
