BOSTON, MA – May 16, 2011 – MEGA executive Hunter Teske will speak about business process analysis (BPA) at the Business Process Management Network Summit for Blues, May 24-26 in Durham, NC.

The conference, for Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations across the US, will focus on using BPA to achieve continuous improvement in organizations. Teske will speak on “Speed to Insight: Driving an Integrated Business Process Optimization Program”.
